Facial reflexology stimulates points on the face connected to the organs, the nervous system, and other body areas. Drawing from the Vietnamese Dien Chan method and Chinese reflexology, it works from the inside and outside simultaneously.
In an hour and a half, Sandra Dualde, co-founder of Rassa, teaches you how to find these points and apply pressure: tension lowers, circulation activates, and the skin awakens. You leave knowing how to do it yourself, which is the best part.
A practical note: if you have recently had Botox, wait at least 15 days before attending the workshop.
