Signs that your dry skin routine is working

Give it time. A new routine needs at least four weeks to show real results. But there are early signs that you're on the right track.
Your skin no longer feels tight after cleansing. You don't need to apply cream every two hours to feel comfortable. Flaking decreases. Your complexion looks more even, less dull. When you look in the mirror in the morning, your skin looks dewy, not dull or ashy.
If after a month you're still not seeing the same results, check your products. Perhaps the cleanser is still too harsh. Perhaps the cream isn't nourishing enough. Or perhaps you're forgetting the serum, which is where the real hydration comes from.
Well-cared-for dry skin doesn't have to be uncomfortable. It just needs what it needs. Nothing more, nothing less.
