This brand was born out of a scare. The source of her illness couldn't be found; after numerous tests, they discovered her blood was laced with heavy metals, pesticides, and other chemicals. When they discovered this, they asked her just one question: "Are you in contact with the cosmetics industry?" That moment marked a turning point in her life and her work. Since then, Rose Marie has become an activist against toxins and chemicals in cosmetics and a sort of mentor for models and celebrities those she made up, including Gisele Bündchen, Miranda Kerr either Tilda SwintonIn 2008, she launched her own brand RMS Beauty, which goes a step beyond organic cosmetics.
