Return policy
If you wish to return our order voluntarily:
Through this link You can request a refund for your order.
Once we have received the order in our warehouse and have verified that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the order. discounting the corresponding shipping and return costs for the chosen method.
If you want to return a perfume that you are not satisfied with:
Remember that all our perfumes over 50ml (except Bontibú and Prestige de Menton) include a sample so you can try it without having to open the one you bought. So, if you don't like it, you can return it (unopened and with the original packaging) and we will refund your money.
Please note that, as with voluntary returns, shipping costs are your responsibility. The product must be unopened and in perfect condition.
If the product is defective:
You have a period of 6 months to return it. We recommend that you try the product as soon as possible after your purchase.

If the order has already been sent within 15 days from the second failed delivery attempt or if it is refused by you, the order will be returned to Laconicum. We will refund the amount of this, deducting our corresponding shipping and return costs (€9 for shipments to the peninsula).
If you order expires at the collection point and is returned to us, we will make the refund deducting our corresponding shipping and return costs (€9 for shipments to the peninsula).
We recommend that you always choose, whenever possible, the pick-up point delivery option, especially if you do not spend much time at home.
For international orders, the corresponding shipping costs will be discounted.
