If you are lucky enough to live in the Balearic Islands, the expenses are free if you pick up your order at a point. If you prefer that we deliver it to your home, it is free from €130. For orders less than this amount the cost is €5.99. 

** No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or to post office boxes. 

Normally, you should have your order within 1-2 business days. Remember that if you place your order on the weekend until the next business day we will not prepare it.

At Laconicum only we sell cruelty free brands , who do not experiment on animals.

We will accept the return of products as long as they have not been opened or used and they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

You have a maximum period of one month from receipt of the product. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept returns.

You must send us the product and, once we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will make the refund through the same payment method you used to pay for the order (or a gift card), less the original shipping costs (€5 for standard shipping in the peninsula). Shipping costs to Laconicum for exchanges or returns are your responsibility. 

You are responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging reach us in perfect condition; If not, we will not be able to refund you. Use the same box in which the order arrived (or a similar one) to avoid damage to the packaging during transport.
