Return policy
We will accept the return of products as long as they have not been opened or used and they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
You have a maximum period of one month from receipt of the product. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept returns.
You must send us the product and, once we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will make the refund through the same payment method you used to pay for the order (or a gift card), less the original shipping costs (€5 for standard shipping in the peninsula). Shipping costs to Laconicum for exchanges or returns are your responsibility.
