Rinsing your mouth with an Aesop mouthwash, what a delicious treat. And, like so many whims, how impossible it is to give it up once you have started practicing it. In Aesop, the how, the packaging, matters as much as the what, what's inside. The How has been widely copied since 1987, when it was founded in Melbourne. The how is a bottle with typography (Helvetica and Optima) and strong messages. The one on this mouthwash says: "Aesop considers good manners and impeccable hygiene basic for cordial daily conduct." We agree.
What's inside the bottle is important. The formula does not contain alcohol. It allows you to clean very well and eliminate bad breath without altering the natural balance of the mouth. It is made with mint, cloves and anise. And it shows.
