Spain and Portugal (peninsula)

Shipping costs are free  If your order exceeds €35 and you live in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal).

If your order is less than €35 and you live on the peninsula,  he  Shipping cost will be €4.90.

If you live in Madrid  have  the option  of Pick up at our office.

The option of delivery before 10:00 on the next working day is available for Spanish provincial capitals, more than 500 Spanish towns and the main districts of Portugal.  If you  shipment is addressed to a remote area or a postal code that is outside the service coverage area,  will be delivered before 2:00 p.m.

Balearic Islands

If you are lucky enough to live in the Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be free if your order exceeds €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs will be €5.,90€.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or to PO boxes.

What is the deadline?

Normally, you should receive your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that if you place your order on the weekend, we will not prepare it until the next business day.

If you have not received your order after this period and do not have a delivery notice from the courier company, please contact us. We will find out what happened and do everything possible to get it to you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

We love nothing more than shipping our products far away.  We ship orders to countries within the European Union.

Portugal:
Shipping costs: If your order is over €35, shipping is free. If it is under €35, it will cost you €4.90.

Austria, Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

Shipping costs: If your order is over €70, it will be free if you send it to a collection point, and home delivery will cost €6.90. If it is less than €70, it will cost you €6.90 to send it to a collection point and €12.90 to send it to your home. Delivery in 2-5 working days.

The rest of the countries within the European Union:

Shipping costs: If your order exceeds €100 and you send it to a collection point, shipping is free. If you send it to a home address, it will cost €4.90. If it is less than €100, the cost of shipping to the collection point will be €4.90.  will cost €9.90, and home delivery will cost €14.90. Delivery in 2-5 working days.
