If you want to return our order voluntarily:

If the product is defective:
You have a period of 6 months to return it. We advise you to try the product as soon as possible after your purchase.

If you have placed an order and regretted it:
Write or call us as soon as possible. If your order has not left our offices we will cancel it without problem.
If the order is already on its way we will have to wait to receive it back at our office. Once received, we will refund the amount less shipping and return costs (€7 for shipments to the peninsula).
If the order has already been shipped within 15 days from the second failed delivery attempt or if it is refused by you, the order will be returned to Laconicum. We will refund the amount of this, discounting our corresponding shipping and return costs (€7 for shipments to the peninsula).
If your order expires at the collection point and is returned to us, we will refund you , deducting our corresponding shipping and return costs (€7 for shipments to the peninsula).
We recommend that you always choose, as far as possible, the pick-up point delivery option, especially if you don't spend much time at home.
For orders international shipping costs will be deducted.
