• You have had a problem (sometimes it happens) regarding your order. We will resolve your incident and other logistical problems. 
• You are interested in getting to know a new cosmetic brand. 
• You are a brand/illustrator and would like to collaborate with us.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Fridays and the eve of holidays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
