Return policy

If you wish to voluntarily return our order:

Through this link you can request a refund for your order.

Once we have received the order at our warehouse and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the order, deducting the shipping and return costs. The refund will always be issued on a Laconicum gift card.

If you want to return a perfume that you are not satisfied with:

Remember that all our perfumes over 50ml (except Bontibú and Prestige de Menton) include a sample so you can try it without having to open the one you purchased. This way, if you don't like it, you can return it (unopened and in its original packaging) and we'll refund the amount on a Laconicum gift card.

Please note that, as with voluntary returns, shipping costs are your responsibility. The product must be unopened and in perfect condition.

If the product is defective:

You have a period of 6 months to return it. We recommend that you try the product as soon as possible after purchase.

If the order has already been shipped within 15 days of the second failed delivery attempt, or if you refuse it, the order will be returned to Laconicum. We will refund the amount, less our shipping and return costs (€9 for shipments within the peninsula). The refund will always be issued on a Laconicum gift card.

If your order expires at the pickup point and is returned to us, we will refund you less our shipping and return costs (€9 for shipments to the peninsula).

We recommend that you always choose, as far as possible, the pick-up point delivery option, especially if you don't spend much time at home.

For international orders, shipping costs will be deducted.
