Shipping

Shipping costs are free if your order exceeds €35 and you live in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal).

If your order is less than €35 and you live on the peninsula, it will cost you €3.90 for shipping to a collection point and €4.90 for home delivery.

Balearic Islands

If you are lucky enough to live in the Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be free if your order exceeds €130. On the contrary, the costs will be €4.99 if you pick it up at a point or €7.99 if you prefer us to deliver it to your home. 

No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or to post office boxes. 

What is the deadline?

Normally, you should have your order within 1-2 business days. Remember that if you place your order on the weekend until the next business day we will not prepare it.

If after this period you have not received your order or have prior delivery notice from the courier company, please contact us. We'll find out what happened and do everything we can to get it into your hands as soon as possible.

If you live in Madrid you can also have the option of Same day delivery and collection at our office. 

International shipping

We like nothing more than sending our products very far away. We ship orders to countries within the European Union.

Portugal:
Shipping costs: if your order exceeds €35, shipping is free. If it is less than €35 and you live on the peninsula, it will cost you €3.90 for shipping to a collection point and €4.90 for home delivery. Delivery in 1-2 working days

The rest of the countries within the European Union (except Portugal):

Shipping costs: free if your order exceeds €50. If it is less than €50 the cost is €9.95. Delivery in 2-5 business days.

*You have 30 days to claim your order if you have not received it.
