Morano x Laconicum
When we learned about Morano's philosophy we said: “come on, we are similar.” This is a project of real objects for simple lives of nomadic souls.
Morano was founded in 2019 by Pedro Mora Noguera, after several trips in which he was looking for a craft that moved away from the souvenir, that spoke of local traditions and what was done by hand, but with contemporary motifs and uses. This is a project that is about time, love, hands and respect, all huge words. We believe in big words and we believe in mixing with other people we rhyme with.
About the collaboration of Morano x Laconicum, he says:
“The result of this collaboration is a good example of how it came about. In a very natural way we have achieved a very organic object, which in addition to being useful, speaks of beauty, subtlety, design that pleases and beauty that does not overwhelm. Also about versatility, because although it was conceived as a soap dish, its uses are as many as each person's imagination. It is that multi-purpose balm that you always turn to.”
