Join Laconicum

We are looking for Social Media Manager to lead and manage Laconicum's digital presence on social media. This person will be responsible for developing creative and innovative strategies that strengthen our connection with the audience, increase our visibility and contribute to the growth of the online community.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and manage the content calendar for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, among others.
• Create visual and written content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
• Analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth) and generate reports to measure performance and suggest improvements.
• Identify and respond to trends, viral opportunities and topics relevant to the audience.
• Manage community interaction: respond to comments, messages and maintain a tone of communication consistent with brand values.
• Support to the press team for submissions and event announcements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably for cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
• Advanced knowledge of social platforms, their algorithms and best practices.
• Creative skills for creating visual and written content.
• Handling of analysis tools (Google Analytics, Metricool, etc.).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Capcut or similar.
• Excellent writing and spelling skills.
• Proactive attitude, with sensitivity to identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
• Intermediate level of English (able to maintain basic written and oral communication with international clients or teams).

• A person passionate about independent cosmetics and eager to continually learn.
• With at least 2 years' experience in a similar position

• Permanent full-time contract with immediate incorporation.
• Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:30 to 18:30, Friday until 15h. July and August: intensive course.
• Teleworking 2 days a week.
