There is nothing about them chosen at random. Aesop has been producing products for men and women for more than thirty years, when few brands did so. This aluminum-free liquid deodorant is too.
How does this product work? It has two main functions: preventing and neutralizing armpit odor. The active ingredient in this deodorant, zinc ricinoleate, does not inhibit normal perspiration; instead, it "locks in" odors produced by bacterial decomposition in sweat so that they cannot be released into the atmosphere and cause sweat odor. It also contains sage and hazelnut. This is the prosaic explanation of its benefits. The most poetic is that it belongs to Aesop. Few brands need explanation.
