This is a non-floral floral fragrance. We explain: Aesop, working with perfumer Céline Barel, set out to create a floral fragrance for all genders and all cultures. They succeeded; it's a challenging, unpredictable floral: it uses magnolia leaves, not magnolia, which combines the recognizable calm of chamomile with the mysterious, earthy note of cedar. It has the joy and sensuality of flowers and the fortifying touch of wood. The nose is by Céline Barel, the same woman who created Tacit.
