1.3 Acceptance of the terms of use
Access and use of the LACONICUM, S.L. service The User's full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions included in these Terms of Use is implied by the User. Likewise, Laconicum reserves the unilateral right to modify these conditions of use and access to the service in order to facilitate and exchange information on cosmetic products and/or online stores and to establish communication between users. This consent will apply to all users of the site, including sellers, end consumers, merchants and content collaborators. This website has been designed and created to allow access to the services that LACONICUM, SL offers. 7. RETURNS
In accordance with the Retail Trade Regulation Act and the provisions of Community regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), the customer has 14 days from receipt to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase. If the return is made within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original seal unbroken, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. Returns of products that do not come with their original packaging will not be accepted, unless they are defective. 7.1. Warranties
Once the first 7 days have passed since delivery, during which time the customer may return an order or request an exchange because a product is defective. In addition to the above, all products have a two-year warranty in accordance with the Law on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, Law 23/2003 of July 10. This warranty must be managed directly with each seller through their telephone number or at the email address of each seller.
7.2. Returns and Promotional Offers

8. DURATION OF SERVICE
Without prejudice to any interruptions or suspensions that may be necessary for technical reasons, or due to unilateral cancellation by the user or LACONICUM S. 9. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
For any conflict that may arise due to the provision of this service, Spanish legislation will be accepted as the governing law, and any disputes that may arise from it will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid for the resolution of this matter.
